I’ve got two jobs I need doing that I just can’t do myself… 1. I took the stove fan vent off to clean it an I can’t get it back on! 2. A cupboard fixing is stuck to the wall and the screw won’t come out (it’s stripped) A couple of quick jobs, but I just can’t do them myself.

No photos as there is lots of little items to fix around the childcare centre. Broken chairs, toys, doors, seals put together a few small items, etc. must be experienced handy person and have lots of tools and equipment to fix lots of different things. Willing to pay for 6 hours work to fix the items. Would suits someone who knows what to expect in a childcare centre. Hours would be 10 to 4 pm on a weekday not a weekend.

Rehang timber sliding door 2.5x800 and install new towel rail

Remove render and clean pressed metal angle edge reinforcement of rust. Area effected is half a hand size. Paint pressed metal angle with kill rust (provided) and let dry. Return second day and repair render. Client has a suitable colour top coat paint. Core work is about two sessions of a half hour each. Access time separate. Access to second storey window is via sloping ground floor tile roof and reasonably tight see attached photos. Client has an extension ladder available.
