I have about 9 pieces of custom framed art of various sizes (small to large). Hoping for someone to please come over and install picture hooks and hang up the pieces for me and give me advice on best hanging areas in the main living room. Small one bedroom apartment. You would need to bring own materials and stepladder, etc. Thankyou! Ideally this could be done before Tuesday 9th June.

Hi Looking for a good renderer to patch up a small area that the builder has missed on an outside wall You will see in photos attached at the bottom of the wall there are a few gaps. About 7m wide by an about 15 centimetres. Area is on the roof and not visible so as long as product is grey that will be fine. Key priority is to ensure it’s water tight. I have scaffolding in place now but you will need a small ladder to help get access When doing job you must ensure that no render mud is left in gutters. Job ready to go

i have a few internal doors that need replacing

The roller blind needs its spring replace le as it doesnot roll up.

Cornice in upstair bathroom has come loose. I have the parts that have come down and can be reused. No need to get new cornices. Need it re-glued and then patched and possibly painted. Not a big job, just dont have the tools / glue to do it myself.

Please help me fix my small bathroom! I’ve tried to do it myself but it doesn’t look great, it needs another coat of tile paint, also painting over a section of the wall that is uneven and a better job at applying the silicone around the edge of the bath. Also I need to install a new panel heater after the previous one stopped working. Will provide all materials, tile paint, caulk, heater, etc. Ideally to be done this weekend, thanks in advance.
