About 7m wide by an about 15 centimetres. Area is on the roof and not visible so as long as product is grey that will be fine. Key priority is to ensure it’s water tight. I have scaffolding in place now but you will need a small ladder to help get access When doing job you must ensure that no render mud is left in gutters. Job ready to go

Cornice in upstair bathroom has come loose. I have the parts that have come down and can be reused. No need to get new cornices. Need it re-glued and then patched and possibly painted. Not a big job, just dont have the tools / glue to do it myself.
