Find an experienced handyman in Murrumbeena

I have a number of door handles that need repair or replacement. There are three indoors and one outdoor. I’ll post some pics soon, but not sure if this is a job for a locksmith or carpenter or handyman. Also not sure if I need to buy new internal door fittings, or parts or if they can be repaired. Please accept if you think you can do all this. Photos are of the outdoor door handle and one indoor door handle. The other two indoor handles are the same. I could get these from Bunnings. Assemble and install a 3.0 m × 3.0 m gable-roof EasyShed kit (product link provided). Kit will be on-site. Required work: unpack and assemble full kit per manufacturer instructions; bolt/anchor shed to existing concrete slab (see photo) using suitable anchor system into concrete (bolt or chemical anchors as quoted); remove and dispose of packaging and offcuts; ensure shed is levelled and sealed to prevent water ingress. Site notes: concrete slab in photo is approx 3.0x3.0 m with timber garden edging around one side; Access: standard backyard access; some vegetation and fence near slab - see photo. I have about 9 pieces of custom framed art of various sizes (small to large). Hoping for someone to please come over and install picture hooks and hang up the pieces for me and give me advice on best hanging areas in the main living room. Small one bedroom apartment. Hi there, I purchased some curtains & rod which need to be drilled into my bedroom wall. However, my drill isn't strong enough to go into the brick behind the plaster. Needs a hammer drill to get through. I've already made the holes in one section slightly too large trying to get through with my regular drill, so I'd like for you to fill in the gap with Polyfilla or similar when mounting the 3x curtain brackets to the wall.
