Looking for someone to remove marks and stains on timber floor throughout the house. The marks are from day-to-day use and appear to be surface-level. No construction work required — just cleaning/removal of marks residue without damaging the floor.

Need to replace two cabinet drawers and their runners. The drawers will need to be custom-built to dimensions of 40 cm × 40 cm × 12 cm.

To sand back stained old timber stairs -13 steps with mid landing about 2m long . Has many small dents, chips etc. To then stain and seal -water based. Also small hallway approx 5m long.
