I have found a stain in 3 corners in one room. I need someone that has the capacity to reduce and eliminate the stain.

Need to cut/plane a piece of timber approx 110x19cm

I need to install a laminate wood platform above my front facing washer dryer. I have seen and like a platform from Ikea.

One of the timber boards on my garage door has some rot along the bottom, as shown in the photo. Is it possible to repair and fill the damaged section rather than replacing the whole board? There is another board with a smaller area of rot, approximately 3–5 cm wide and about 30 cm long. The third board only has a small amount of rot at one corner, roughly a 2–3 cm right-angle section. Could you please have a look and let me know whether these areas can be repaired, or if the boards need to be replaced?
