Hi, I’m looking for an experienced carpenter to repair a damaged subfloor area. Scope of work: * Repair damaged subfloor area, approx. 2.5m x 2.3m * Joists are fine — only the subfloor needs to be repaired/replaced * New repaired area needs to be level/in par with the existing timber subfloor, ready for future floating laminate flooring installation * Relocate one floor vent * New vent location is only about 10cm away from the old vent, so no need to access the subfloor/manhole * Old floor vent opening needs to be patched up properly Timing: Work needs to be completed by 22 June. This is time-sensitive as flooring and cabinet works are scheduled after this, so the job must be completed by 22 June.

Ripped up carpet to find floorboards. Looking to have it sanded and polished and maybe tint. Carpet tac strips have left holes to be filled.
