The timber fascia at the front of my house has significant paint failure and cracking, with the wood appearing to deteriorate underneath. Looking for someone to assess and quote on repair (if replaced, would like it painted as well). Photos attached. I need my decking prepped and restained. Its 13x2m. It’s in fairly good condition as far as screws etc goes. Just sun damage to the surface. I’m open to advice on what stain to use and can purchase that separately. Ground floor. Easy access and parking.

Finishings: it's 'structural only'.

I need help with a stripper screw for one of my kitchen cabinet. I have changed the knobs, but this particular one doesn’t want to unscrew! It’s a simple job, but yet tricky without tools. Thanks

I need some help with the following items: • Bookshelves have anchors but I haven’t been able to get them into the stud (assist with fastening to wall) • I haven’t a wardrobe panel that is currently unused. I can remove the panel but it is not hinged and I want this to be turned into a usable wardrobe space • My fridge is slightly too tall for my kitchen cabinet space. I am reposting this job as I am seeking three quotes from qualified carpenters to replace the four verandah posts on our Victorian house (I have one quote already lined up, but it seems that Airtasker won’t let me communicate with multiple people at once, so here is a request for a second quote). The posts will need to be replaced with heritage-appropriate decorative timber posts. Some of the horizontal bars may need to be replaced at the same time. We will have the (possible) asbestos eaves removed prior to the job commencing I have listed the price at $10 because the system wouldn't let me put $0 and I'm not sure what this will cost but am obviously willing to pay a fair price.

Flooring has a scratch and stain in another area of the floor. Anyone specialize in flooring?

New ikea kitchen recently installed however there is a small gap along the tap of the cabinets and the ceiling. I want a trim installed along the top of the cabinets so they are flush with the ceiling. Please note the cabinets extend into to the ceiling cornices at the wall, so there needs to be some customisation around the ends to ensure there is no gap between cabinets and ceiling where the cupboards join the cornices.

I need this table to be sanded, stained and refinished to match the dining chairs. Please send me photos of your previous work.

As per the images attached and the highlighted wall cabinet: 1. Need the current rotten wall carcass/cabinet removed 2. Need someone to come and measure to replace with a new carcass/cabinet. Note: The existing two doors are not damaged or rotten so they can be kept and used for the replacement carcass 3. Need someone familiar with getting a replacement carcass to fit in the same area although not compulsory. Note: If they don't know of a place to get a replacement carcass that is OK, because I have found a place, I just need to confirm the measurements to I can order the materials. The materials will come as a flatpack so I will require someone to put the new carcass together and install it on the wall. I've taken some initial measurements but would like them confirmed therefore will need to attend property: Height: 560mm Width: 705mm Depth: 600mm I've gotten a quote for the replacement carcass and that is $250. I need some carpentry for alterations of kitchen cabinets to install a washing machine in the kitchen under a kitchen bench. The space holds 3 draws ( to be removed ) and the washing machine will fit in the middle of that. The width of the space is 84cm, floor to underside of kitchen bench 88cm including a 16 cm kick board to be removed. The depth of the bench is 59cm. There needs to be a hole for the cupboard underneath the sink to allow for washing machine pipers/plumbing. It appears there needs to be one side panel matching right side of draws and two front panel on either side of the washing machine. Please refer to photos. You may offer an estimate or quote on site. Please inspect Monday- Friday between 7:00am - 8:45am or after 7:00pm. Work can be done any day.The material is a white gloss laminate.

Once we get it inside (it’s already in 2 parts), it’s a work desk so doesn’t matter really how it looks / no need for a perfect job, just stable and / if it’s even possible.
