Hardwood staircase has been sanded back but requires more thorough sanding and a professional job with staining and finishing. Stain and finish already purchased but owner doesn’t possess the skills to do the job.

I have some lineal shower drains inserts that some of the feet supports have broken off. I need the support feet re-welded back on. I think they are likely made of stainless steel. 4 feet that have broken off. 8 other feet remain in place but I would like to have them reinforced. 12 feet supports in total.
