Looking for an experienced carpenter or handyman to sand, restore and reseal a timber laundry benchtop surrounding a sink. The benchtop has water staining and wear but I’m hoping it can be restored rather than replaced. Please advise if restoration is suitable and provide a quote.

I’m getting a new fridge delivered and it will be 20-30mm taller than the one I current have. I need the two panels above the fridge to be nearly cut by 20-30mm. The lower hinges will need to be moved up on the panel and the handles re-fixed. The rear internal carcass will also need to be cut out by 20-30mm to allow for the additional fridge height. Ideally late Monday afternoon would be best. Otherwise Tuesday.

Looking for a cabinetmaker or skilled furniture-maker to design, build, and potentially install a custom hardwood pull-up bar over a doorway in my apartment in Carnegie. This is not a standard gym bar - I'm looking into a comission because the references attached are perfect but won't fit the apartment. Reference: similar in form to the Antworks "Ant Enna" pull-up bar (Austrian-made, photos attached). If you make but don't install, that's fine - let me know and I'll engage a chippie separately, or I can make alternative arrangements for install. Per the photos there are two pieces - the "hangboard", designed to accommodate pegs or the slots of the bar (pictured seperately) ideally able to accommodate 150kg static or 120kg dynamic. The frame contains timber studs 600mm apart, left right and centre. Bar length tbc, same as hangboard, however maximum vertical clearance is 200mm (the reason it needs to be custom) Happy to discuss if anything unclear, unreasonable or an alternative solution is available.

I’ve had to have a new pipe put in under the bathroom vanity . The drawer no longer fits in bc of the new pipe . I need a simple cabinet door made for the cavity . Potentially using the original drawer front . Can send pics so it makes more sense

We have some laundry cabinets that have suffered some water damage, so they need to get ripped out. We aren't sure of replacing them just yet - we want to get them removed first to make sure any damage is contained. I've put the budget as $5 purely because I do not understand what something like this would cost, and need some quotes to take to our insurer.

56sqr m deck in apartment complex requires pressure wash or sanding unsure happy to be guided. Have some small gardening in the same area that can be done also.
