Timber post staining, materials supplied I just need someone who can do this without making a mess. $30 per hour, there’s a fair bit that needs to be done.

The timber sliding door is getting stuck when opening or closing, possibly due to timber swelling. Timber also seems slightly deteriorated. Would perhaps need some sort of restoration.

Refit One kitchen cabinet door. Most likely needs new hinges as it’s been re-fitted before on the same hinges. Once realigned it lasted a few days and it’s out of whack again - can’t close doors. Need someone who knows what they’re doing with these annoying hinges :) and can provide warranty that it won’t go back to as it was in less than a week of fitting it.
