Looking for an experienced carpenter or handyman to repair a timber cavity sliding ensuite door that no longer slides smoothly and does not close easily The door appears to be rubbing at the top and requires adjustment and/or repair. It may need roller adjustment, track servicing, minor planing/sanding, or other work to restore smooth operation and full closure. Installed as an overall house renovation 2.5years ago however in the old part of the house where typical seasonal ground movement occurs. House is located in Kingsville. We are having new flooring installed. We need part of the cabinetry in the hallway removed and then reinstalled once the job is done. It’s two side by side cupboards and a facade of the fridge. I have already removed almost all screws but some remain.

I need my kitchen kick boards replacing. I can’t tell how they are attached but the kick boards next to the gap under my dishwasher appear to be glued on as per the pictures. It is approx 16 m of kick boards. I would require them removing on one day before my wooden floors are installed and then the new kick boards installed on a later date once the flooring is in. I can purchase the new kickboards but will need them cutting to size. Thanks
