We are converting the laundry/toilet of our house into a bathroom. The current walls are brick but we would like to frame it up so we can have plumb walls and then we can waterproof, tile and hide plumbing/electrical etc. We also need a door and small wall built, plus space for inwall cistern. work is non-structural internal only. general layout attached - walls to be built are highlighted in blue - experienced/skilled carpenter required

Help with modifying kitchen cabinets I have some kitchen cabinets that I need modified before they can be installed. They are two long as they were made for the floor but I want to use them as overhead cabinets. At the moment they are 600mm deep. I want them to be 450mm deep. Ive already pulled the pieces apart and disassembled them. I will mark the boards down with a pen for the measurement. All you have to do is come with a saw and cut them down to size for me and help me put them back together. I will be working with you and Im good with a drill. I disassembled these already so I have a pretty good understanding on how they need to go back together as its a modular system Should take half a day if not less

I’ve purchased a brand-new, unassembled timber bedframe and I’m looking for someone who can professionally stain it to match the dark finish shown in the reference photo with the black bedding (attached below). The photo with the brown timber frame shows the original colour. I want to keep the natural woodgrain visible - so no painting, only staining or a method that achieves that deep, rich look. I haven’t moved into my new place yet, so this isn’t an urgent job - I’m just looking to connect with someone skilled who can do it when I’m ready. We have a 5.5 X 7.5 metre (approx) deck in our garden that we would like power washed, sanded and stained. I have done an initial deep scrub to remove the moss and most of the dirt but a power clean is still needed to remove the most stubborn parts. (See attached images before and after) I would like it then sanded and stained.

I want these 3 floorboards replaced because I can't stand the water stain! Hopefully someone can assist with flooring experience. I will purchase the boards but you must pickup for me and supply glues and all other materials.
