Require a builder or experienced carpenter to frame a timber hob for steel bath to be placed in. Bath is 1500 long area for the bath mapped out in blue tape on the pictures measures 2m long. Require the hob to be have two small bulkheads at each end with the bulkhead closest to the shower base to be married into the shower base. See images of original bathroom which had this same design. Timber flooring to be removed carefully so it can be reused and yellow tongue to be placed down. Do not require bath to be cemented in, just the timber flooring to be removed, yellow tongue put down and hob to be framed. Have all materials onsite. Need done asap (can be done today) or by Tuesday at the latest. Possibility of ongoing work with the fit out and wood panel to be done after tiling. Seeking someone to buff/polish roughly 40 square metres of floorboards. (Wormy chestnut) Per the floor plan only the hallway and living area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are carpet or tile. Floors were fully sanded back 3 years ago with water based clear coat applied. Floors are in good condition with light scratch marks. I am not seeking perfection. Some marks may remain. I need someone to remove the current blotchy varnish on a dining table which was damaged while trying to remove some paint from the table. It may need sanding, I’m not sure. And then restain it. I don’t know the exact measurements right now I can provide soon and I can provide materials. I have space at home to move the table outside and complete the job there.
