Need to replace an old broken exhaust fan and repair the ceiling and plastering around the fan. I will supply the fan. Please quote me on job (make sure to exclude the cost of new exhaust fan as I will be providing).

I need someone to come and redo my plaster as it got wet

Need a plasterer to patch a hole in cieling. I have the plaster cut out. Need patching ready for painting

Tasks: 1. Remove 3 roller blinds and replace including hanging the three separate tracks for three S fold curtain sheers on the windows. 2. Patch a number of of screw size holes and in the wall (brick) and paint which are from a picture bracket having be on the wall 3. Touch up windowsill where paint as peeled away

Water damage (not major) has damaged ceiling and needs to be repaired/replaced. Not whole garage ceiling just middle part.
