Plaster Patching and Finishing Ready for Painting Location: Ormond, VIC I am seeking someone to undertake plaster patching works to walls as part as fitout works. Scope includes: - Patch and make good approximately eight (8) wall penetrations, each approximately 300mm x 300mm in size. - Fill and skim coat 1no bathroom wall as shown in photo, ready for painting. - Install plasterboard patches as required. Plaster provided - Tape, set and finish all joints to achieve a seamless finish. - Fully conceal all screw heads, fixings, plugs and any exposed fasteners. - Apply plaster finishing compound to all patched areas and wall surfaces as required to achieve a uniform, smooth finish consistent with adjacent walls. - Sand and prepare all repaired surfaces. - Finish all wall surfaces ready for painting Works are required to be completed either: - Friday or Saturday this week; or - Early next week, subject to complete of works by other services. Plaster board will be provided. You need to provide all filling compounds, skimming compounds and jointing tape required so a finish can be achieved ready for painting. Photos of the wall areas and penetrations requiring repair will be provided for reference.

We've stripped back the original plaster on two hallway walls due to rising damp and now need it replastered with a lime plaster. There are two sections (approx 180cm x 80cm (and 150cm x 85cm, with a corner section) to be done, ready for painting.
