Exisiting standard double car garage. Plasterboard ceiling collapsing needs to be removed and Re plastered with suitable 10mm plasterboard. The work requires a qualified plasterer. Work needs to be left neat and ready for painter. Include installation of cornices. Currently have the garage motor attached and 1 garage door bracket attached plus one light fitting. I’m after a plasterer short notice to stop up a new wall and patch a ceiling that has been prepared. The new wall has a join to an existing wall. There was also a strip in the ceiling where the existing wall was removed. The new wall section is 2 metres long x 2.4m high. There is also a patch of plaster needed in the corner of the ceiling. As for the wall that has been removed, this has lots of backing sheets of plaster in the ceiling and just needs sheeting. It is about 3 metres long with a 1 metre return on it. There is also about 10 ceiling patches to do. These are all about 150mmx150mm squares I’ve attached heaps of photos as a reference. - Due date: Before Monday, 11 December 2023
