I need nine cat shelves and two wall-mounted cat beds removed from my walls. I need some patching of the plaster done, and painting of the wall to match the colour. The studs in my walls are metal. The shelves were drilled in with Phillips head drill bits. I don’t have a drill, you will need to supply. The wall is a brown feature wall, but once the shelves are removed I just want the whole thing painted the same off white as the rest of the walls. I also have a cabinet mounted in my laundry that I need taken off the wall.

Looking for a plasterer to sheet and stop up a small garage conversion that we're turning into a usable office space. The space is approximately 6.3m x 3.5m, with a ceiling height of approximately 2.55m (varies due to the raked roof). Need someone to supply & install plasterboard to 3 walls and the ceiling, stop up joints and prepare ready for painting Cornices and skirting boards not required (happy to discuss if you think otherwise). One wall is a little unusual - after we removed the old cladding, we found that wall does not have a timber frame as such, it's just wooden boards separating it from the adjoining garage that belongs to our neighbour. So there is no conventional stud wall behind this section, although it appears suitable for fixing plasterboard to directly. Please see photos. The fourth wall is a roller door and does not require plastering. The garage has already been insulated and most of the timber framing is in place and exposed, making access straightforward. If you're a one-person operation and need an extra pair of hands to help lift ceiling sheets, we can arrange a handyman to assist. If you're able to complete the job independently, even better. Had new air conditioner installed and had to move higher on wall. Some holes left on wall where old AC was. Need that area of plaster replaced and repaired. Price to includes labour and materials.

The dogs have scratched at the drywall where the doors to outside are. The front door will get away with just a spakfilla and a coat of paint although the wall next to sliding door has deep gouges and will take a bit more to repair, may still be able to sand it back and replaster it before painting it.
