Small plastering job - 20cm x 60cm ceiling patch around moved skylight due to new door installed in single level house. As pictured.

Repair / repatch a very small patch in the wall (towards the roof). No bigger than 5cm x 5cm. We have paint on site to match already. Ideally on Wednesday the 5th. Anytime between 9am - 2pm

Cut out x4 bumps in the plaster of two different walls in a room (these bumps are small, max 100mmx100mm). Patch up / replaster & smoothen/sand to match the wall and repaint. The whole wall does not have to be repainted, just the patches is okay. Matching paint is already provided.

- Paint interior walls and roof of bathroom standard white. - Paint external walls as shown in image (front wall and side wall as shown of exterior of bathroom and on right hand side wall) standard white. - Plaster/wet area base coat on bathroom roof and walls. - Install cornice on exterior roof perimeter gaps as shown in photos. Small Drywall section of house extension damaged due to a roof leak (now sealed) needs replacing and moisture check.

We have a single brick, plasterboard house. There are many holes made in the plasterboard walls. Perhaps 12 different holes. Each one is about the size of a tennis ball. Need someone who can repair these holes. If you also can paint over them so they are no longer visible, that's great. But painting is optional, repairing the holes professionally is essential. The roof on single guarage is bowing and sagging on both ends of my guarage one side hits the roller door when it does goes up the other side doesn’t but still bowing looking for an easy fix. Image 1&2 first door the rest are other sagging plaster the worst one
