Looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to build an internal plaster wall partition to create new rooms inside my house. The walls should be with good noise insulation. The work includes full finishing to make it look consistent with the existing interior. I will provide electrician to adjust the switches wiring so the new rooms can control the main light from inside. Scope of work - Build 2 plaster wall partition to divide the living area into two rooms - Install 2 standard doors with frame and handle - Remove 2 sliding doors at lounge, replacing with a standard door for opening, might need to build a wall to block one side. - Remove sliding doors at dining, build a plaster wall to block it - Add skirting boards to match the existing room style - Paint the new wall to match the surrounding colour - All edges and joints should be sealed neatly and finished to a professional standard
