Carpenter wanted - We need a new window done and installed (with an insect screen on top of the window, if possible), for a ground level apartment in Mentone, Vic. The window size is: H 1000mm W 670mm D 32mm I am attaching photos of the existing window to be replaced. It can't be open properly (the mechanism is broken) and the sash is rotten and needs replacement. Please note the window shares its sash with the door (as shown on the photo). We live near the beach and the window winders have seized up. The job involves removing two window winders and fitting two replacements. We will supply two Whitco Black Lockable Window Winders.

4m folding arm awning installed incorrectly. The brackets attached to the wall are too wide and not where instructions suggested. Photos attached show a sticker is in the back of the awning to be the guidance on where bracket needs to be. Also, behind the flashing there is a 55mm gap to the timber so need to add something there to fill the gap so the bracket is fixed to the timber.
