Some walls in our house have some cracks. Problems have been fixed but I need the resulting cracks patched up and painted over.

I have purchased an outdoor awning that needs to be installed over our rear deck - and also an outdoor roller blind over our kitchen window. Dimensions and install locations in the photos. The house is made of Hebel so I imagine it’s just a matter of ensuring the awning brackets are secured to the door/window framing. Thanks!

I need 2x new double GPO’s in my bedroom

I’m trying to install wardrobes and the power point is in the way. I’m wanting it removed as soon as possible please (desperate for wardrobes!). Ideally just to make it safe and allow my wardrobe to sit flush, then one day in the future we can relocate it. Brick walls. The wardrobe in the picture can be moved out of your way to do the job. Move 2 powerpoints from skirting board to wall above. Will need to be extended and surface mounted most likely. Install isolation switch for new induction cooktop, will probably also need to be surface mounted. Oven is not needed, so 20A circuit + cable from oven would be used as new dedicated circuit for the 4.7kW cooktop. Plenty of slack on it. New cooktop is ready to be wired in and go. Needs to be done by qualified electrician with COES issued for work.

I pulled out my old built in robes and there was no ceiling above them. I have two pieces of plaster that have been cut to size ready to go. I think I have all of the equipment (I’ll confirm with you before booking), including: - 3 lengths 42x19mm of premium pine for support - 50mm plasterboard screws - 60mm countersunk treated pine screws - joining tape - multi-filler - ladder and step ladder - drill driver and screw driver - multi filler. It doesn’t need to be pretty because I’m putting new wardrobes back in the space, so it won’t be seen. Please tell me your experience with installing plasterboard and your availability for today :) I can assist holding it up while you drill it in. Thanks!

I’ve had a gas heater removed that has left a hole on the outside of my wall. Needs to be patched up and rendered as close to surrounding wall as possible.

Experienced Plasterer required I have 2 rooms and a hallway that has had old ceilings ( 70yrs old) water damaged that cannot be repaired, replaced by new flush ceiling plaster sheets, The plaster sheets will be onsite ready to hang and stopped up, sanded and ready to paint. We are trying to keep existing 70 yr old cornices if possible. room sizes: bedroom 3.9x3.6mt hall way 1.41x3.5mt living room 3.7x4.6mt on going work available for renovation company from time to time. This wardrobe is approx. 2 M wide by 2.4 tall and 60 deep. It is a build in with just shelves inside. Need someone to remove from current house, and move to new house in the same suburb. Removal is ground floor, easy access. Rebuild is easy access house, wardrobe to be build upstairs.

Plastering a small patch in bathroom ReSealing Behing kitchen sink

We need a small area of damaged plaster and mould repaired and painted, some peeling paint on window surrounds and sash redone ( in our bedroom) and an area of paint damage on wall in kitchen redone. We’re in a first floor flat and parking is available.
