Most rough-in and cabling are already completed — this is primarily a fit off job with only incomplete minor cabling required in the toilet ceiling to be run externally. Job Scope: - Replace switch for main ceiling light (rough-in of cabling complete) - Supply and install LED strip light to suit provided extrusion and compatible transformer (extrusion channel supplied & installed rough-in of cabling complete) - Install GPO + switch for LED light – LHS cabinet (rough-in of cabling complete and backing plates) - Install double GPO with switch for plug-in fan – RHS cabinet (rough-in and cabling complete, run GPO cable externally) - Fit off GPO for washing machine (cable to be run externally, rough-in and cabling complete) - Fit off GPO on wall (rough-in and cabling complete) - Add GPO for plug-in fan in toilet (may require externally run cable in conduit along ceiling) - Connection for toilet light/fan switch (existing wiring in place and to be combined) Details: No wall chasing required Work to be completed when bathroom renovation is completed (not including paint/ patching) Minor cabling as outlined above. I’m trying to install wardrobes and the power point is in the way. I’m wanting it removed as soon as possible please (desperate for wardrobes!). Ideally just to make it safe and allow my wardrobe to sit flush, then one day in the future we can relocate it. Brick walls. The wardrobe in the picture can be moved out of your way to do the job. Move 2 powerpoints from skirting board to wall above. Will need to be extended and surface mounted most likely. Install isolation switch for new induction cooktop, will probably also need to be surface mounted. Oven is not needed, so 20A circuit + cable from oven would be used as new dedicated circuit for the 4.7kW cooktop. Plenty of slack on it. New cooktop is ready to be wired in and go. Needs to be done by qualified electrician with COES issued for work.

I need a qualified Electrician to install a split system air conditioning system onto the roof of an apartment complex (accessible by man hole) and unit place on internal wall

Looking for Call-out fee for AC technician & electrician that can do a diagnose and repair for a 3 split unit - main unit located in rooftop of unit. The unit electrical board was replaced recently (November 2024) and now the power circuit breaker is tripping, unable to power the unit. AC technician revisit work by pulling out the isolator and testing for water present, etc (nothing was found) Electrician was sent to site to replace breaker from power unit and after doing so the power is still tripping the circuit. We believe either the board in the AC unit may be blown again cause by some intermittent issue or the wire going from the power board to the unit is burnt/shorten somewhere. Please provide price for initial diagnose.

Call-out fee to send electrician to unit to replace most likely what is a power breaker on the switch board of unit that has blown/burnt recently The breaker is for an Air Conditioning unit which has been serviced recently (2 months ago) and the AC technician had been on site to check again and confirmed there is no power going through the circuit breaker while there is power in one side (other breakers) there is none on the one for the AC unit, probably randomly tripping assuming when the board blew prior getting the AC serviced last month or so. Require to replace breaker and test for electricity going through the line to the AC unit.

Hot water is running brown and cold is normal. Hot water heater either needs flushing or replacing. Can someone please diagnose.
