1. Switchboard / circuit breaker One circuit breaker or safety switch in the lower-right section of the sub-board will not stay engaged. When pushed down/reset, it springs back up. Several power points have stopped working. Inspect the switchboard, identify the affected circuit, test for earth leakage, short circuits, faulty appliances, wiring faults or a defective protective device. Repair the underlying fault and confirm the circuit is safe before restoring power. 2. Outdoor gate exit button The wall-mounted “PRESS TO EXIT” button does not operate the gate. The gate can still be unlocked via phone. Diagnose the button, wiring and access-control input and repair as required. 3. Garden lighting Three garden lights are not working.
