I’m looking for a licensed electrician to complete the following work in my bedroom: Remove my existing Minka-Aire F524-WHF 52" ceiling fan and its existing 4-speed wall controller. Install a new Claro Whisper Low Profile DC 52" ceiling fan at the existing ceiling location. Connect the new fan to the existing electrical supply where suitable, including the Claro receiver and required isolation switch. Replace the existing wall switch arrangement with an MFL Forge Heritage 3-Gang Complete Switch in Bronze (supplied by either myself or you). The Claro will use its supplied remote for speed control, so the existing fan speed controller will no longer be required. Complete all required testing and certification. The ceiling is flat and the existing fan is already installed at the desired location. I can provide photos of the existing fan, ceiling mounting point and switches, as well as the product specifications for the new fan and switches.

Need some electrical work to be done around the house. Supply and install 2 new power points inside garage, internal cable run. Supply and install 1 new outdoor power point outside garage. Install 1 hex light inside garage. NXTBEAM 14 Bordered Hexagon / Honeycomb Lighting Kit - 4.8x2.4m. Remove and replace 1 indoor light. Install and ceiling reinforce 1 laundry electric airer.

I require reinstalling or resetting two extraction fans in both bathrooms and replacing a light fitting in one of the bathrooms? I also understand that the two extraction fans and the rangehood are currently not vented to atmosphere. Is this something you could also assess and provide a quote to rectify?
