Glass pool gate has dropped, need to get this aligned

Looking for someone to fix a hinge on my gate. The existing top hinge has broken. Needs a new hinge and welding to existing metal frame of the gate. The lower hinge appears to be ok, but probably worth replacing two hinges. A quote please to fix the top hinge, and a second quote please to replace both hinges. The gate is about 1m wide, so quite heavy. I need a quote. Estimated about $175 but open to quotes. Please quote labour and materials. Thanks

We urgently need a pool gate/fence specialist to repair our pool gate safety mechanism. The gate is not locking/latching properly. It currently requires extra force to close it firmly enough for the latch to engage. If the gate is simply swung open and released, it does not reliably self-close and lock. This is an urgent safety issue as there multiple children regularly at the property, so the pool gate needs to reliably self-close and self-latch every time. Job required: * Inspect the pool gate, hinges, latch and self-closing mechanism * Identify why the gate is not automatically latching * Adjust/repair the mechanism and gate alignment as required * Replace the latch/closer/hinge components if necessary we will cover additional cost if needed * Test the gate repeatedly from different opening positions to ensure it reliably self-closes and latches * Please ensure the repair is suitable for Victorian pool barrier safety requirements Important: We do NOT just want the gate to latch if it is slammed or pushed hard. It needs to close and latch automatically when released, without manual force. Urgency: ASAP – preferably today/tomorrow. We have a weatherboard home - timber flooring. In one section (dining room) the floors are squeaking and we would love someone to investigate and fix. House is on stumps and there is access underneath.

Paint the new swing gate white. It has white pickets and low steel posts. Paint one section of paling fence and tall steel post on monument. Fill screw holes on front fence with builder’s big or similar. I will provide paint.

Looking for someone experienced with roller gates to fix the following issues: Track appears rusty at one end. When opening fully, the gate bounces back and starts closing again. I’ll attach photos to show the problem. Please bring any tools/materials needed for the repair. The track will need to be replaced. Will require redoing concrete as well.

I have a remote for my FAAC 740D electric gate that has stopped working - I have changed the batteries to no avail. I think I will need to purchase a new remote but I will need help to connect the remote signal to the gate - it’s only a small job

The key to the manual override to the gate motor has snapped off inside the lock.

Existing gates either modified to accommodate a sliding electronic gate. Will need to dig a trench for gate. Recommend inspection first.

I have 2 pool gates that are not latching from all positions. one has a Latch requires an adjustment as per first pic. This post will need to be secured to the house. The second gate also not latching but that is because the post is moving. If anything is used to secure the gate, it must be at the very top of the post Not sure what to secure it to. This gate also needs adjusting so the gap between the glass and the post is less than 10mm
