We have a front gate with an intercom. There are two intercom panels. Neither operate. Also our burglar alarm is not operational and we don’t know what to do to get it working. We would like to have both fixed.

Exterior handle on front gate remains down (doesn't return to horizontal position) Latch does not easily slide in & out so the gate does not close easily. It also often gets stuck in the lock unit (see pic). Gate has electric strike as per picture.
