Find a professional gate installation in Moorabbin

My girlfriend has asked me to water her plants while away overseas but unfortunately only gave me the front door key and forgot to give me the key to the security gate. I need this opened please. While I understand that this is a simple job for a locksmith, I wasn't sure whether anyone would do it when I am telling you up front that this is NOT my house. As I've said, I do not need your assistance to access the property as I have a key to the front door. Just the first gate as she accidentally only gave me the one (front door) key. If you need proof of permission please let me know what you would need?

We are seeking to upgrade our driveway gate and are interested in a remote-controlled gate of medium height to ensure privacy. The side gate to my house has come loose at the lower hinge. I don’t have the tools to fix it (needs some new screws drilled into it).

Provide and install a front fence approximately 1.8m high (rendered) and two gates (colorbond), one for pedestrians and one for vehicles. The total length of the land (front side) is approximately 17m.

Cut gate into two gates will need side parts of each gate screwed in. $60 an hour approx 1 hour with right tools. I have a table saw and electric hand held tools, it it goes over due to needing genuinely more time will add to the funds. Ideally done this afternoon. For the right person this will turn into more future work.

The pillar of my front gate was only secured on one side at the bottom, causing it to tilt slightly. As a result, the gate no longer aligns properly with the pillar. The gate has pushed the pillar, along with my mailbox, to the other side, damaging the base of the letterbox. I need assistance in adjusting and reinforcing the pillar to its correct position so it properly fits the gate, as well as repairing the letterbox. I'm open to suggestions on the best way to achieve this.

Electric gate has stopped responding. Motors are ok. I’m told the receiver or sensor is faulty or playing up.
