The rack of the sliding gate have kept going off the rail, need a handyman to put it back on.

My driveway gate motor is malfunctioning. It appears the sensor has broken. The motor still works but it isn’t opening/ closing the gate properly- it either overshoots or doesn’t close the gate properly. I suspect it’s the sensor that’s stuffed. I need someone who specialises in electric gates to please fix it.

The rail on sliding gate does not fit to the engine very well, continuously went off the gear, or the engine keeps going after the gate has fully closed. Need someone to fix it.

Pool gate is not self-latching. It does spring back but when it gets to the latch, doesn’t lock-in. If I slightly lift the gate it then latches. Although restrictions are in place in Melbourne, this is an essential, urgent repair as it is mandatory to have self-closing gates. The problem began recently and may be due to weather impact. Please quote with urgency.
