Find a professional gate installation in Parkdale

We have an outdoor gate which has a frame that has is bolted to an outside constructed wall. The bolt going into the wall has come loose and efforts to tighten it have failed as the thread is not strong enough to pull the heavy metal gate back. We need a carpenter or expert to come in and drill a new hole into the wall to pull the frame back so the door works again (or open to other expert suggestions!).

Our side gate is wooden and it has recently started jamming. We need some wood planed off the long edge so it closes without jamming. - Due date: Flexible

Have a pool gate where the hinge has come off the concrete wall. The hole seems to have expanded etc and needs fixing. May need to remove internal plaster. Add noggins and reinforcement and new plaster then reattach.

Pool Gate’s latch isn’t closing neatly when gate automatically closes. Need the latch or gate glass attachment to be adjusted to stop the lock mechanism hitting and rubbing the fence, which is stopping the latch from locking naturally. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 31 October 2023

Hi, we need someone to install a timber gate (we've purchased a reclaimed one. Our house is behind another one so we need the gate installed on a panhandle and a bit of fence built next to it to close it off to the road. We'd like strong timber posts to attach the gate to and a timber-based fence that still lets us see the plants behind it (possibly a 'wire mesh on timber frame' style). I need a qualified person that can sync my automatic gate with my Neoslider 800 motor and key pad. The original mother board died and I have a new one. The gate needs to open partially for pedestrian access and fully for parking. I also have about five remotes that also need to be programmed. Require a person with welding gear and experience to fix our front gate. The welding has snapped when hit backing car out of driveway. Relatively simple and small job for someone who knows how to weld. Would like done before 5th Feb.

I need a baby gate reinstalled at the top of a staircase. The swing style gate needs to be remounted to a plaster wall which has been damaged by the gate’s screws previously (see photos).
