Front gate won’t close fully.

Timber gate has broken boards on bottom half that need replacing. Gate also needs adjusting as it is not closing easily. This is quite urgent and needs to be repaired ASAP.

The bathroom fan stopped working. Could be a power issue or the motor needs replacing. Need a certified electrician to investigate. Can discuss next steps and labor costs for example if the fan needs replacement.

The latch on my drive way gate has become loose and won't close, it difficult to open from the outside and close it back I need it replaced with anything that does a similar job and will pay for the cost of buying the latch also
