Looking for a licensed plumber and electrician (or a team capable of both trades) to carry out works associated with a new kitchen installation in Mordialloc. The kitchen layout will remain largely unchanged, with the sink, oven, cooktop and dishwasher staying substantially in their current locations. Electrical works: - Disconnect existing appliances during demolition. - Supply and install a dedicated circuit from the switchboard for a new induction cooktop. - Wire and connect the induction cooktop. - Reconnect existing electric oven. - Relocate or install any required power points. - Test and provide compliance certificates. Plumbing / Gas works: - Disconnect and permanently cap the existing gas line to the cooktop. - Install and connect the new sink and mixer tap. - Reconnect dishwasher. - Carry out any minor plumbing adjustments required to suit the new cabinetry. - Test and certify works where required. The work will need to be completed in stages and coordinated with the kitchen installers: - Initial disconnects during demolition. - Rough-in after old kitchen removal. - Final fit-off after cabinets and benchtops are installed. Kitchen installation dates are currently TBA, so some flexibility will be required. Please quote only if suitably licensed and insured. Experience working alongside kitchen installers is preferred. Scope: Install 4 x lightweight timber panels in bedroom 3 panels need to be cut from 2900mm to 2650mm 1 panel needs a trim from 1200mm wide to 150mm wide Affixed with joining channels Channels can be screwed to the wall and panels just slotted in place Timber panels and channels all supplied Glue (if needed) and screws not supplied WILL SUIT cabinet fitters / people with experience in facade installation Panels are: 2900mm H x 1200mm W x 8mm thick = very light and easy to handle I estimate this job will take 2 hours maximum

We currently have a single (1 gang) powerpoint in the garage with a powerboard hanging off it. Not great. Any solutions to this please? Can we expand it to a 2 gang (or more?) Wall is brick so not easy to install a new extra point, otherwise that would've been our preference. Need done by week, ideally this week. Home most days/times. Mordialloc VIC. Cheers.

I need MR16 LED downlights changeover to modern downlights 90mm. The current MR16 downlights have transformer. This job is to supply and install.

Replace 9 downlight globes. Globes provided. I have 3.5metre ceilings. A tall ladder will be required.

Tried cleaning the filter and fan above the stove and heard a pop...I think it pulled the wire too hard and can see kitchen fuse went off. Need help fixing the wire/fuse and putting the fan back in

Air conditioning not working

I got a solar panel (uninstalled), roof racks (installed), a power inverter (uninstalled), a solar regulator (uninstalled), and a second battery (installed). I also have a 6m extension lead. I would need the solar panel installed and setup with the aforementionned equipment.

Evaporative air conditioner mounted on roof has stopped blowing cold air. It’s still works but only blowing hot air now.

We currently have 1 power point in our brick garage. Looking to add 2 more power points on other walls

Licenced cabler required to move NBN connection within home. Single storey corner block with easy roof access. Ethernet wall port already in desired location, cable just needs re-routing. Have a few other electrical jobs that also need doing, can quote those separately.

There are outdoor lights on the wall. See photo attached. We’d like to install a basketball hoop there instead, and move the lights to the left and right side.
