First tap has displaced from it's place. Need to fix. Second tap's water spraying outside the sink. Quick fix. Second toilet cistern is dripping. Fix it. Hot water is too hot, please adjust the temperature.

Old lampshade needs replacing as smashed seems the retaining ring is stuck and won't budge have a spare lampshade ready to go just need old one removing

Yamaha HiFi amp has no output intermittently on one of the external speakers. This is not a speaker or wiring issue. I suspect a dry solder joint or similar. When can you examine and repair this? How long will it take? What is the estimate of the cost?

All the mixer taps in the apartment are really stiff and hard to control. The kitchen mixer tap is installed so that cold is to the back and hot is to the front. The shower head in the bathroom rotates but doesn't change the flow.

We are looking to get the gaps in our floor filled before we send and re-polish them on Friday. We have the liquid nails to complete the job. We just need someone to come round and fill them and clean up afterwards.
