Hi, I’m experiencing slow internet speed (limited to 10 Mbps) when I connect my desktop directly to the wall ethernet port in my apartment at QV Melbourne. However, when I connect via my router, the link speed shows 1000 Mbps. I’ve already tested with a brand-new CAT7 cable, so the cable and computer seem fine. I suspect there may be an issue with the internal cabling or wall socket. I’m looking for a technician to test and possibly repair the wall ethernet port or check for wiring faults. basin taps are loose and need refitting tighten, maintenance check for wear on hoses, quote to replace shower set up to go from ceiling rose only to have hand held as well. Make both cistern single into dual taps

Remove and install new: 1) wood bench top in kitchen 2) stone bench top in kitchen 3) stone vanity in bathroom Materials provided. Some may need to be cut to size.

I need: 1. A door handle changed over to a new one. The new handle will be supplied (pictured) and just requires two holes to be drilled in the correct place. 2. Two small door stops installed on the skirting board for internal doors (these will be supplied and just require a single hole to be drilled in the correct place). 3. Two clothes racks (will be supplied, see picture) to be mounted on a bathroom plaster wall (not tiles). I want to make sure this is done securely, i.e. to the studs, or whatever is the best way to do this. I also have a number of other jobs/carpentry items that I would like some advice/to be quoted on separately, like installing some shelving in a cupboard, putting a trim on some external windows and mounting some other items on the walls. I have 3 x Clipsal Iconic USB-C GPOs for installation into the kitchen pantries of 3 separate but immediately adjacent apartments in Melbourne's CBD (near Queen/Londsale Street). The existing GPO cavities are built into the backs of wooden pantries (see picture) which will need to be just slightly enlarged with a renovator tool or similar in order to accommodate the new Clipsal units as they are slightly wider/taller. Am very flexible in terms of day/timing. Can provide access to the 3 flats for what should be a relatively quick job. No parking on site but on-street or paid parking available nearby on Queen Street or Lonsdale Street.
