Dishwasher not draining completely. Need to fix so that it drains completely again

Gas stove top is powered by electric ignition, stove top makes clicking noice when power is on but stove off.

The cable cord of the gas starter is behind the cabinet. There is a hole at the back of the cabinet from which it needs to be pulled out. This is shown in the photo attached. If it can’t be retrieved through the hole, we’re open to cutting the back side.
