Licensed Gas fitter/plumber required to do the following tasks: 1. Connect 4 outdoor sinks wastewater to the IBC tanks. All sinks were operational previously with available pipes, parts (for inlet, outlet and waste pipes) and to be connected (to gas 9kg) hot water unit and pipe connections are from events previously working). 2. Do a gas safety audit for our vendors' gas cooking set up (numbers TBC but at this stage, around 15 vendors with most using 9kg LPG bottles allowing 15 minutes at most for each vendor, ensuring full safety & compliance) and liaise with the City of Melbourne team only if needed and ESV/BPC on the safety inspection day if required. (most likely require your attendance the first few hours of opening ie on 4/12, noting we open from 5pm on Thu 4/12.) 3. Our event preferred LPG installer - to be arranged and paid directly by the requesting vendors. Further details will be provided later.
