Our old Bosch gas water heater died recently, flashing code "14" on the controller; there has been no hot water since then. The unit is the Highflow YS2433R, installed before we bought this house, and has been fantastic for the past 20 years. The controller is YPRM34XB. Three photos are attached: the unit face on, the underside showing the pipe work, and the controller inside the house. Although we have commenced the process of having a new water heater installed, that will take time, so we would love to have the old one repaired ASAP if at all possible. The price offered is for actually FIXING the gas heater - i.e. if you can't fix it, then there would be no charge. To take on this job, you MUST be fully licenced for the repair & installation of gas devices and have all required insurances, etc. - Due date: Before Friday, 23 September 2022
