Need a licensed plumber to remove a gas connection to a wall mounted Rinnai heater unit. Need the gas connection capped. Ideally like if you can also dispose of the unit. Open to quotes. Prefer someone local as well have other plumbing jobs (roof leak).

4 burners and the oven door needs to be fixed

We have a gas heater which we are hoping to remove ourselves. We would just like a gas plumber to remove the gas connection. It is on an exterior wall and very easily accessible. It would likely be a very quick job. The gas lines have been tested recently as we had some work done to our oven.

There is an issue with wok burner on my Smeg gas cooktop. When ignited, gas/flames are going everywhere and it is unsafe to use. Grateful for someone to inspect the issue and advise on how it can be fixed (this can be a separate task with separate price).

We are looking for a licenced plumber to: - remove gas wall heater and cap gas line - remove gas oven/stove and cap + decomission gas lines (we want the gas infrastructure in the cupboard gone) - provide a certificate that the works have met safety standards and have been tested for defects. Ideally we'd also like to have everything removed from the property as part of the job. If you don't have a disposal process, we can negotiate the price and organise a scrap metal collection ourselves. We'd like this done ASAP but happy to wait a few weeks if needed.

Per the guest: When the gas stove is turned off there is a constant smell of gas in the apartment. And there is a distinct strong smell of gas in the cupboard beside the stove where the connections are. It appears we have a leak.
