Need to install a new gas stove and rangehood

I have a Bosch gas water heater. At times there is no hot water coming, even when left on for more then 5 minutes. But when i unplug the system and replug after 10 mins it starts working. Might need replacement please provide a total quote with material thanks.

Simpson gas oven the main stove works normal, other three are very slow, oven and grill stops automatically

The gas meter reading shows a considerable spike from last month. This was raised with our provider. We noticed that when keeping the gas mains valve turner off, the meter doesn't seem to move up in units. However when the mains is kept on and even when the gas knob inside the kitchen is turned off, there is increase in units. Only the kitchen cooktop and water heater is connected to gas. While this has been raised with Jemena and awaiting technician, as advised by Jemena we want to check in the meantime if there is a potential gas leak or is it just a faulty meter? There is no gas smell inside or outside the home.

The gas stove is working on one and not the other knob

My Delonghi 4 burners 60cm cook top hasn’t been working since the day we bought a unit. The igniter works fine we can hear a clicking sound from all 4 burners but we can not smell the gas coming out. We’d like to start with a small budget as it might be a simple thing we missed but happy to pay more if necessary.

We have a gas tap that we need removed. We don’t use gas and it is difficult to place furniture around it. We need it removed and any line safely closed. May ask about second tap depending on price.

Heater usually switches off shortly after lighting. Pilot light flickers and has a windy sound.
