Neighbours and I thought we smelled gas on the street so called the gas service. When pressure testing my meter he found a super slow permissible leak. Said that it was negligible and a plumber would just leave it but because he was the authority he had to turn it off. Should be a 5-10min job. Would love to get a plumber to come uncap the metre and turn the gas back on without it costing a fortune.

Pilot light won’t stay on after you release the button. Had a plumber replace the thermocouple with no success, took $400 and nothing has been fixed

One of our wok burner has a problem with its pilot, after turning on momentarily it will turn off on its own. Not sure if there’s a gas leak, but unlikely as there’s no smell.
