The job was a little harder than first anticipated but he overcame all problems and got it done and even helped us turn our hot water pilot back on again afterwards. Hot water system probably around 4 years old (Vulcan Freeloader). I accidentally turned the gas off at the mains over the weekend and now can’t relight the pilot light despite following the instructions - although this stuff not my area of expertise!
