I want to get a gas compliance check done for a rental property. Gas cooking and hot water connected.

The Chef oven and grill are not turning on. I’m unsure when they were last checked. The gas supply may need to be inspected. I have already checked the hot water, and it is working.

In the past few weeks the pilot light on the gas water heater won't stay on (as soon as the main heater ignites) and the gas hotplates in the kitchen can barely light one element.
