We are a Korean BBQ Restaurant in CBD Melbourne. Our gas powered grill is in need of repair. When the switch knob is turned and clicked, the fire is on. However, as soon as we lift off the switch to leave the flame on, it goes off. In other words, it does not hold the fire. Flames operates initially when we are switching and holding the knob, but goes out immediately after we lift it off. We have approximately 10 grills that are impacted by this so seeing if anyone can help us. NOTE: We have ordered the part that may be in need of replacement.
