The smoke detector has broken plastic connectors inside so cover doesn’t connect and lock in. Looks like a replacement is needed

I'm fitting the cabinetry now but two separate circuits were wired in ready for these appliances and the cables are ready for connection. The washing machine has a slow leak underneath when doing a cycle. There seems to be a pool of water afterwards. The rear connecting hose has been replaced already so it must be inside the machine. Perhaps a deteriorating pipe that needs replacing. It’s only 5 years old which is surprising too. Model is a LG washer/dryer. Photos have more details.

After the machine finishes cycle, the clothes are still wet. The drum spin that extracts excess water from clothes is not properly working, there is still water inside the washing machine. Cleared the drain pump from the bottom right, nothing is stuck there. Attached the photos.

Just moved in and removalists hooked up washing machine. Now just noticed since they’re gone that the tap has a leak under the sink and has created massive puddle in bathroom. Not strong enough to move washing machine out of the way either. Have turned the tap off for the meantime.
