Hello, my washer dryer combo is not drying effectively. There are no error codes, there is a lot of water that drains out of the lint filter and emergency drain tube. It takes me several hours of repeated runs to get the clothes dry. I have followed all the troubleshooting guides offered on Samsung support. Machine is leveled, lint filter is clean etc.

I have a stacked dryer and washer on a confined space. The dryer hose has come out of the wall and water is pooling + drain slightly blocked. I need the dryer lifted off, washing machine moved so drain can be cleaned and the dryer reinstated with the hose back into the wall. I have a washer and dryer stacked on each other in a very small space. Washing machine needs to be hooked into taps and drain. Similarly, dryer needs to be hooked into a drain.
