Leaking hose and seal, may need replacement

Need a licensed plumber to complete a couple of jobs: 1. Plumb in a freestanding dishwasher that will sit next to the oven. Run the water and waste through the kitchen cabinetry to the sink plumbing. 2. I’ll have a fridge in the left side of cabinet and washing machine in the right side. Needs to modify the existing waste pipe in the floor by cutting it down so the fridge can sit over it. The waste connection still needs to accept the washing machine drain hose and be properly sealed (no open pipe/exposed drain). Photos attached. Appliances will be delivered Wednesday some time so ideally want it done on the same day after delivery. I’ll know the delivery time tomorrow

I’m looking for an experienced appliance repair technician to inspect and repair a Technika 4-zone electric cooktop. One of the cooking zones is not heating up, while the other three burners are working normally.

The new 60cm standard rangehood (Omega 60cm Slide Out Rangehood ORT6WXA) needs to be installed. The old rangehood has been already removed, but the cabinet opening is only around 49×27 cm and needs to be enlarged.

Hi There, Our oven needs to repaired. It is only 10 years old. The grill is working but when we try to us the normal fan forced setting it is not heating up. The brand is Omega.

Barmix mixer gastro 350 needs repairing the motor runs but that's all that happening. Something to do with the shaft and the connection to the motor either a pin has worn out or the coupling needs replacing.

My washing machine is currently filling with water and I am having to manually drain it. There doesn’t appear to be a clog in the front pump, need assistance identifying the issue and repairing it. I don’t believe it is an issue with the machine itself as I am not getting any error messages.

I bought a remote for my electric rollerdoor which opens onto a back laneway. I am really bad with all tech and am wondering if this is a simple fix or I need to get something from Jaycar. Basically just need someone who knows what they’re doing to fix it. We have an MPC3 Wall Control Box, from who knows how long ago.

The kitchen rangehood and the bathroom exhaust fan need cleaning as they are giving off a musty/mouldy smell (especially the rangehood). The ducting may need cleaning too in order to eradicate the smell.

Looking for a cabinet maker / carpenter to build in an existing microwave so it sits flush with surrounding drawers and is raised to be visually centred in the cavity. The former microwave was built in flush as poorly shown in the last photo. Materials and finish to be discussed. Photos of job attached.
