Hi, We are from Oscar Wylee. We completed a door repair at VIC Knox recently, during which the contractor had to remove the ceiling to replace the drum. He disconnected the camera and reconnected it after reinstalling the ceiling and completing the patch and paint. However, the camera is still not functioning. IT check the system online and it is showing as offline. Can you please send us an estimate to rectify this issue?
