Freezer doesn’t seem to be cooling properly. Displaying ‘CL’ sign instead of temperature. Some food is frozen but other food has semi-defrosted. Already turned on and off at the power point. It sounds like the compressor is working.

My current rangehood’s fan has stopped working so I’m looking for a replacement and for someone experience who can advise what model will suit our needs, current cabinet set up and handle the installation. Current brand is Electrolux RFD602S a fixed under cupboard rangehood. Approx 60cm width, 50cm depth, 16cm height. I think suction is only approx 200m3/h. Was looking at some better suction options and possibly minimal noise but not sure if it will work with the current cabinet set up we have and where the electrical outlets currently sit. See images.

Electrolux Washing machine is not working now. Water is not filling into the drum. There was a rubber smell recently when I washed for 1;.5 hour cycle but when I changed to 1 hour. it did not smell anymore . This machine is approx. 13 years old. Need to check whether I can have a diagnostic view of the repair to see whether the machine is worthwhile repairing or should I buy a new one. what is your call out fee ? Is this included cost of the repair if I would like this machine repaired.

My Bosch gas cooktop has an issue with the centre burner. It won’t ignite properly, and even if I manage to light it, the flame goes out as soon as I release the control knob. It appears to need repair.

Its a Smeg dishwasher. It turns on and hums loudly but won't advance the cycle, so I think the drain pump impeller is physically jammed.

Hi, looking for an electrician to replace Oven. Old one is Miele 60cm, new one is Bosch 60cm HBA572EB3A. Oven is Hardwired. Though both the models (old and new) are 60cm, I am not sure if any cabinet trimming or modification might be required, please factor that in too. Would require Certificate of Compliance. My fisher and paykel washing machine has been showing clear filter, I have cleaned it, it had something stuck and I cleared it. Tried to get it to work it again showed the same error. Cleared it one more time- there was nothing though- Tried to get it on and still have the same problem. Is that a big problem ? Or solvable issue?
