Samsung front loader can’t drain

My fisher and paykel washing machine has been showing clear filter, I have cleaned it, it had something stuck and I cleared it. Tried to get it to work it again showed the same error. Cleared it one more time- there was nothing though- Tried to get it on and still have the same problem. Is that a big problem ? Or solvable issue?

E-15 and E-25 errors were indicated on the front panel

My fridge/freezer is broken and I need it fixed ASAP. It’s an old fridge so I don’t know the model number but I’ve attached images. I believe the issue is that the defrost system is failing (either the defrost heater or thermostat). The entire back panel freezes and covers in ice within a few days. We have defrosted it before but now it’s at the point where it just freezes up again in 1-3 days. There is no sheet of ice at the bottom of the freezer, just the back panel. The fridge has also stopped working due to the feeder over freezing. Happy to defrost the ice for you before you arrive just let me know.

The fridge is working but the freezer is not cold enough

I do clean the lint filter regularly and the dryer does work. However, there is now a snowflake symbol showing up indicating a moisture or vent issue. My kitchen rangehood extractor fan is dripping a significant amount of oil, even when it’s not in use. The fan itself still runs normally, but oil leaks from the centre of the unit and collects on the cooktop. The issue may be due to blocked filters, ducting problems, or internal grease buildup. I am not sure. I need an experienced technician to inspect, clean, and repair it properly.
