I need a washing machine moved from my first floor balcony to a laundry in an outbuilding downstairs at my apartment block. It's a top loader and not heavy, just too awkward to manage on my own.

We have noticed noises in our roof at night time and also the kitchen range hood has stopped working and has a very bad smell coming from it. We also noticed a lot of flies swarming near the range hood. We are wanting to get the roof and range hood checked out for rodents or possums, and determine if they have got into the range hood piping which is driving the smell / remove and clean up. Seeking someone who has experience to come out today (Sunday) if possible. We live in a double brick Edwardian which is semi attached to our neighbours - access to roof is via cavity inside the house (see photos) and also see photo of the kitchen range hood. Hey all, I've just moved house and need some help moving, and setting up my washing machine. The washing machine is sitting in the new house ready to be moved just 7mtrs to the laundry, and will need the hoses screwed on to the laundry taps. This is the most simple 5 min job possible for someone who has a dolly trolly. I would appreciate the help as I have a broken collar bone at the moment and cant do it myself.
