Our coffee machine needs a service + fix a small leak that we suspect may be linked to the o ring. Will need a descale.

Remove oven replace wooden frame (wood veneer) and re-install oven. Currently there is a gap around the oven, specially at the top, as the new oven is smaller than the old. Please see pictures attached

Task Description: I need a Licensed Electrician to repair a Roband commercial deep fryer at my restaurant in Melbourne. The issues are: • There was an electrical short at the back of the unit. • The main power lead connected to the heating element/control box is damaged/broken. • The unit tripped the circuit breaker and requires a safety check.

Need someone to supply and fit a gas door closer to a front glass door of a retail shop. Current one is not functioning and door is slamming into the frame and damaging the hinges.

The washing machine drain hose/outlet was blocked. While we were opening the valve, we accidentally damaged the valve and the black connecting pipe/tube inside that links to the valve. We replaced the valve with a new one (same type we’ve always used), but it’s still leaking. We suspect the internal black connecting pipe/tube has come loose or is damaged, so it doesn’t seal tightly with the valve and causes the leak.

Assistance installing two security cameras. Will need to get up on a ladder and install on verandah - one in the backyard and one in the front. They both connect to a small solar panel which is attached to the camera.
