We need sometone to repair our Bosch Dishwasher (Model: SMU40M05AU) - the problem started this week when the door wouldn't shut close. Bosch front loader serie 8 , about 5 years old. Initially error 18. Hose and filter checked and cleaned. Then try to start wash again. Won’t drain properly and keep adding time to the initial cycle.

My Bosch series 8 washing machine shows error E18. I’ve gone through the basic steps to empty the water from the front and open the washing machine door . I can’t feel any blockage . There was no residue . The impeller in the drain pump is able to rotate. I’m not confident enough to remove the drain hose from the top back of the washing machine to see if the drain hose is blocked. The drain hose at the other end going into the wastewater is clear. I don’t think the pump itself is broken . Can you come and assist, please?
