Drainage error e18 Bosch serie 4. Need someone with experience. No obvious block in the filter or pipe that I can access without taking off panels.

When the dishwasher cycle gets really hot it opens up and stops. We think its related to the seals or latch not working well? We tried sticky taping it shut and that works, no real issue when it remains closed. We need someone that has an idea of how to fix this? Someone with experience in Bosch? Model number: smu50e75au/59
